Ganapathi Bappa Morriyaaaaaa🙏
A feeling, at times, outgrows words and escapes even the boundaries of a picture. In my creative journey, poetry and painting meet each other. The poem becomes the soul, and the painting becomes its form.
When I wrote my devotional lines for Lord Ganesha, they were first just rhythms of devotion flowing through words. But as the verses grew, they began to create images in my mind — the calm presence of Ganesha, the sacred glow of temple lamps, the silence of prayer. Painting became the natural continuation of that poetry.
For me, poetry and painting are two expressions of the same devotion. The poem speaks what the heart feels, and the painting shows what the soul imagines. Together, they create a complete experience where words become colors and colors become prayer.
This painting of Lord Ganesha is not just an image; it is a visual echo of the bhajan I wrote. Every shadow, every diya’s glow, and every detail reflects the same devotion that lives in the lyrics.
Art becomes most meaningful when it connects the heart, the word, and the vision. For me, poetry and painting are simply two paths that lead to the same place — devotion, creativity, and inner peace.
This offering of devotion found its form through many hands and hearts—
